Job summary

Brainlabs is seeking an experienced Security Operations professional to own day-to-day security operations, drive vulnerability remediation, and extend AI-assisted security workflows across GCP, AWS and Azure. You will collaborate with development and platform teams to ensure robust security posture while translating complex findings into actionable decisions.

You will work in an environment where AI tools augment security processes, and where clear communication and ownership of security

Qualifications

• Solid security operations experience across security engineering, appsec or platform security.
• Strong knowledge of GCP IAM, service accounts, logging and org policy; AWS/Azure familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to read code to evaluate SAST findings and assess real risk.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day security operations: vulnerability management, approvals, threat modeling reviews and incident support.
• Run and extend SecOps AI agents handling Mend triage, MCP assessment, documentation review and incident scribing.
• Make security decisions that agents escalate, with clear conditions not blanket blocks.
• Drive vulnerability remediation with development and platform teams; escalate when fixes stall.
• Keep security posture visible across cloud projects (GCP, AWS, Azure) and partner with MDR provider SEP2.

What you do

• Own day-to-day security operations: vulnerability management, connector and MCP approvals, threat model reviews and incident support
• Run and extend our SecOps AI agents, which handle Mend triage, MCP assessment, documentation review and incident scribing
• Make the security decisions the agents escalated, setting clear conditions rather than blanket blocks
• Drive vulnerability remediation with our dev and platform teams, escalating when fixes stall
• Keep security posture visible across GCP projects plus AWS and Azure, and partner with SEP2, our external MDR provider
