Job summary

NVC Security Ltd in Derby is seeking a security professional to support officers, build client relationships and help keep daily operations running smoothly. The role combines office work, site visits and frontline duties, with full training to develop broader responsibilities.

You will work a 06:00–18:00 four-on, four-off rota, with weekends/bank holidays as scheduled. A valid SIA licence, strong organisational skills and good English are essential; prior security experience is helpful but not

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence required.
• Clear written and spoken English for reports and communication.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and rotas, monitor attendance and cover changes.
• Conduct site visits and welfare checks, and support officers.
• Maintain customer relationships with feedback and issue resolution.
• Undertake frontline security shifts and provide operational coverage.
• Keep accurate incident logs, reports and handovers.
