Job summary

Barracuda is seeking an Onboarding and Implementation Consultant to guide customers through onboarding of Barracuda security software products, focusing on velocity and business outcomes. You will work hands-on with customers to ensure value realization and help design scalable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and content.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product and Enablement teams to align activities with success metrics and product outcomes, creating guides

Qualifications

• 3+ years of onboarding, professional services, customer success, or related field.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product specialist for Barracuda security solutions and guide onboarding journeys delivering measurable outcomes.
• Lead onboarding activities with focus on speed, quality and value realization for successful adoption and deployment.
• Develop, document and maintain onboarding frameworks, playbooks and content to standardize onboarding across the global customer base.
