Job summary

Mitie is seeking an on-site security professional to protect client properties, people and assets in line with site instructions and evolving changes. You will help ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, supporting contract retention while maintaining compliance with legal and safety standards.

The role requires a front-line SIA licence, potential SC clearance, and commitment to ongoing training and development within Mitie’s flexible benefits program.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing security services.
• Front-line SIA licence required.
• SC clearance desirable for some sites.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property, people and assets by delivering security services on site as directed.
• Meet and/ or exceed KPIs and SLAs to help retain contracts.
• Complete required training and maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements.
