• You’ll help keep our stores safe and secure. From preventing loss and responding to incidents, to identifying risks and supporting safe ways of working, you’ll play a key role in protecting the M&S environment.
• Being digitally confident is essential. You’ll use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
• You’ll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you’ll always act professionally and confidently.
