Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Security Officer (Licensed Role) to help ensure the smooth running of operations in 14Forty. This is a full-time post contracted to 56 hours per week, with responsibilities including visitor management, patrolling, and delivering a safe security operation.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA license or be eligible, be an excellent communicator, maintain a smart professional appearance, and work well under pressure.

• Representing 14Forty and maintaining a positive brand image

Our ideal Security Officer will:

• Either hold a valid SIA license or be eligible to hold one
• Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships

• Have previous experience in delivering fantastic customer service
