Compass Group UK is seeking a dedicated Security Officer Relief for the 14Forty brand to support security operations on a permanent casual basis (0 hours per week). You will be an enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills, delivering safe and effective security services across the venue.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA license (or is eligible) and can build positive relationships with colleagues and the public while upholding a high standard of professionalism and brand

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Security Officer Relief to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Control the comings and goings of the buildings and surrounding proximity
• Delivering a safe and effective security operation
• Ensuring the safety of the premises
• Helping the public with general queries
• Representing 14Forty and maintaining a positive brand image

Our ideal Security Officer will:

• Either hold a valid SIA license or be eligible to hold one
• Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
• Have determination and resilience
• Have previous experience in delivering fantastic customer service

• Understand relevant health & safety, criminal laws and operations
