Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Security Officer for 14Forty to help safeguard staff and customers across 6,000 venues in the UK. This role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and reliable teamwork, with a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off and a total of 42 hours per week.

You will deliver a safe security operation, handle access control, and support visitors while representing the brand with professionalism. A valid SIA license or eligibility is required.

We're currently recruiting a motivated Security Officer to help us ensure continual safety for 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 42 hours per week.

As a Security Officer, you will use your skills to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and buildings whilst providing excellent customer service.
