Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Corporate Security Officer for our Fareham Data Centre. You will manage front-of-house duties, access control, CCTV monitoring, and routine patrols to ensure safety and security across the site.

The role requires an SIA licence, strong customer service, and IT literacy. You will work 12-hour shifts on a 3 days/3 nights/3 off pattern, with comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Formación

• SIA front-line licence is essential and must be worn on duty.
• Previous corporate security experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• IT literate with ability to learn new security systems.
• Access to private transport is strongly preferred due to site location.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver security services at the Fareham Data Centre in line with site Instructions, UK law, and Mitie policies.
• Manage reception, visitor logs, keys/passes, and goods-inward areas.
• Operate CCTV and access-control systems to maintain site security.
• Identify hazards, manage incidents, and maintain logs with prompt responses.
• Complete mandatory competency training and engage in ongoing professional development.
