Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is recruiting a Security Officer at the Bracknell site. The role focuses on safeguarding the premises, logging incidents, and communicating effectively with the Operations Manager and other departments.

Applicants must hold a valid SIA licence (Door Supervisor mandatory) with CCTV preferred; full UK residency is expected. You will support health and safety and comply with all site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all incidents are logged and directed to completion.
• Communicate business issues to Operations Manager and relevant departments.
• Maintain site access, egress and visitor regulation standards.
• Ensure dress, safety and presentation standards are maintained.
• Complete timely reports on security activities and present to Security Management.
• Be fully conversant with equipment operating procedures.
