Job summary

Mitie is hiring a Security Officer to protect the Fujitsu Bracknell site and deliver exceptional security services at Bracknell. The role involves incident logging, reporting to the Security Management team, and managing access control and visitor regulation on site.

You must hold an SIA Door Supervisor licence, be capable of obtaining SC clearance, and communicate clearly. Shifts are 12 hours (days) with 52 hours per week and overtime opportunities, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence (Door Supervisor) is mandatory; CCTV preferred.
• Ability to obtain SC clearance with 5-year UK residency.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Log and direct all incidents to completion and keep records up to date.
• Communicate business issues to the Operations Manager and relevant departments.
• Maintain site access/egress and visitor regulation for the Fujitsu Bracknell site.
• Ensure dress, safety and presentation standards are maintained at all times.
• Produce timely, accurate security reports for the Security Management team.
