Job summary

Samsic UK Security is seeking a Security Officer in Cauldon, Stoke-on-Trent, to provide a professional security service to clients with a strong emphasis on customer service. The role covers day and night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern, with a typical 42 hours per week arrangement.

The successful candidate will meet strict criteria: SIA licence, English fluency, and a five-year work-history. This position requires a flexible, reliable individual capable of producing clear reports and maintaining

Qualifications

• Current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Five-year checkable history (HMRC 3 Year Work History at interview).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a courteous welcome.
• Answer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Manage all systems within the security control base.
• Maintain a vigilant, professional presence.
• Produce accurate reports as needed.
• Liaise between the client and Samsic UK Security Contract Manager.
• Act as an ambassador for Samsic UK Security and the client.
