Job summary

Samsic UK Security is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to provide a smart, professional security presence at client sites in Cauldon, Stoke-on-Trent. The role emphasizes customer service, vigilance and strong English communication while complying with health and safety standards; you will work 42 hours per week on a 4-on/4-off rotation, day and night shifts.

Applicants must hold a valid SIA license and have permission to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
• Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum of 12 months.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Five-year checkable history (HMRC 3 Year Work History record at interview).

Responsibilities

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Security Officer to join our team in Cauldon, Stoke-on-Trent.

The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and professional security service to Samsic UK Security’s clients as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of Customer Service; presenting at all times a smart, alert, visible and commanding security presence.

Flexibility is vital as you will be required to work day and night shifts (weekdays, weekends, Bank Holidays) between 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00 on 4on 4off shift pattern.

Average Weekly Hours: 42 hrs pw

Contracted Hours: 42 hrs pw

Employee Status: Permanent/ Full Time

Duties will include:
