B&M Retail in Arleston is recruiting a confident and professional Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and store environments during the Christmas period. The role is full-time and permanent with flexibility to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts, supporting the Store Management Team and helping prevent loss.

You’ll monitor store activity, operate CCTV, enforce Health & Safety, investigate stock loss and engage with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and

Are you a confident and professional Retail Security Officer? Do you enjoy safeguarding people, products, and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience? Join our team in Arleston and make a real difference this Christmas! In this role, you’ll be trusted with responsibility and play a vital role in safeguarding the store. Working closely with the Store Management Team, you’ll help prevent loss, manage risk and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being an integral part of the store team over the Christmas period.

What You’ll Be Doing
