Join M&S as a Security Officer, where you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and secure environment for our customers and colleagues.

This isn't just a security role, it's a role for people who stay calm under pressure, lead with professionalism and take pride in delivering great service while protecting our stores, people and products.

We're looking for confident, customer-focused individuals who can combine strong awareness with a warm and approachable attitude. You'll be a visible presence in store, helping customers feel supported while playing an important role in keeping the business safe and secure.

• -Customer service is at the heart of the role. You'll create a welcoming store environment, greeting customers as they start shopping with us, while delivering professional support to both customers and colleagues.
• -You'll help keep our stores safe and secure. From preventing loss and responding to incidents, to identifying risks and supporting safe ways of working, you'll play a key role in protecting the M&S environment.
• -Being digitally confident is essential. You'll use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
• -You'll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you'll always act professionally and confidently.

What we're looking for
