Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Security Officer to join our team across our UK parks. You will support the Security Manager, maintain a visible security presence, and help keep guests and colleagues safe while delivering excellent service.

You will hold a current SIA license (Door Supervision) and a clean UK driving licence, be confident communicating, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. DBS checks will be carried out where appropriate, and discounts and wellbeing benefits are available.

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) and full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.
• Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

As our new Security Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Security Manager and wider team to keep our park safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. You'll help maintain a secure environment for all guests while delivering excellent customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

What you will be doing...
