Job summary

Parkdean Resorts in the UK is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager and team, helping to maintain a safe, welcoming park environment and delivering excellent customer service.

You will have a current SIA license (Door Supervision) and a full UK driving licence (manual). The role requires confidence in conflict resolution, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to safeguarding with DBS checks where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.
• Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

As our new Security Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Security Manager and wider team to keep our park safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. You'll help maintain a secure environment for all guests while delivering excellent customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.
