Job summary

Apleona UK is hiring a Security Officer at our Northfleet site. You will be the public face of our security team, carrying out patrols, monitoring safety, and ensuring visitors and tenants are protected while delivering excellent customer service.

We provide full training and seek individuals with an SIA frontline guarding licence (CCTV licence desirable). Perks include gym discounts, digital GP access, volunteering leave, flexible benefits and salary package options.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective solutions and corrective actions to enhance the service.

  Working hours: 05:30 - 17:30 / 17:30 - 05:30

• We're currently looking to recruit a Security Officer who will provide exemplary security and customer service for our clients and their people. Our Security Officers are the public face of the security team and should always act with professionalism, a can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.

  In this role you'll be responsible for carrying out regular patrols of our client's site, ensuring that it is safe for all visitors and tenants. Supported by our safety procedures, you'll make sure that all incidents on site are managed properly and that detailed records are maintained to help keep us compliant. In this role you will maintain continuous monitoring of site radio systems and provide regular liaison with the management team on all aspects of service delivery, implementing effective solutions and corrective action to enhance the service.
