Job summary

TC Facilities Management in Liverpool is seeking a Site Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers, employees and visitors. Shift pattern 4 days on 4 days off, including some weekends.

You will use security systems and TRACKTIK to patrol, report incidents and work with the FM team. A valid SIA licence is required; CCTV licence preferred but training is provided. You should be presentable with strong communication and customer service.

What will you be doing?

Shift - 4 days on 4 days off (will include some weekends)

• Working as a Site Security Officer
• Create a secure environment, in which our customers, their employees, and visitors are able to feel safe
• Promote confidence with every customer, colleague, and stakeholder through effective decision‑making, communication, and professional security standards
• Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and customer policy
• Respond in an effective manner to incidents, alarms, and events, escalating to the Emergency Services, the Customer, and the Security Operations Centre, as appropriate
• Complete planned rota and shifts to provide security cover
• Utilise the relevant site security systems to detect risks and potential security breaches.
• Utilise TRACKTIK to complete patrols and reporting of incidents.
• Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks, and accident/ near miss reporting.
• Prevent unauthorised access to site, whether by a person, vehicle, or object.
• Respond to unplanned events or incidences promptly
• Work in collaboration with the customer's FM team and complete relevant tasks
• Engage with training & development as required
• You will need a valid SIA license for this role also a CCTV license would be preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

We are seeking a candidate who is high calibre, very presentable with an excellent communication, along with good customer service skills.
