TCFM is seeking a Site Security Officer to protect client sites in the UK. The role operates on a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, with some weekend coverage. Responsibilities include controlling access, patrolling, incident reporting via TRACKTIK, and close collaboration with the customer’s FM team.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA license, with CCTV licensing preferred. Excellent communication and first-rate customer service are essential for success in this role.

• Candidate should be high calibre, well-presented with excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsabilités

• Create a secure environment for customers, employees and visitors to feel safe.
• Promote confidence with customers, colleagues and stakeholders through professional security standards.
• Follow assignment instructions, risk assessments and customer policy.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and events; escalate to Emergency Services, Customer and SOC as appropriate.
• Complete planned rota and shifts to provide security cover.
• Use site security systems to detect risks and breaches; utilise TRACKTIK for patrols and incident reporting.
• Promote safety culture and report Health & Safety risks and near misses.
• Prevent unauthorised access to site by people, vehicles or objects.
• Collaborate with the customer’s FM team and complete relevant tasks.
• Engage with training and development as required.

About The Role

What will you be doing?

Shift - 4 days on 4 days off (will include some weekends)

• Working as a Site Security Officer
• Create a secure environment, in which our customers, their employees, and visitors are able to feel safe
• Promote confidence with every customer, colleague, and stakeholder through effective decision-making, communication, and professional security standards
• Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and customer policy
• Respond in an effective manner to incidents, alarms, and events, escalating to the Emergency Services, the Customer, and the Security Operations Centre, as appropriate
• Complete planned rota and shifts to provide security cover
• Utilise the relevant site security systems to detect risks and potential security breaches.
• Utilise TRACKTIK to complete patrols and reporting of incidents.
• Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks, and accident/ near miss reporting.
• Prevent unauthorised access to site, whether by a person, vehicle, or object.
• Respond to unplanned events or incidences promptly
• Work in collaboration with the customer’s FM team and complete relevant tasks
• Engage with training & development as required

About You

You will need a valid SIA license for this role also a CCTV license would be preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

We are seeking a candidate who is high calibre, very presentable with an excellent communication, along with good customer service skills.
