Job summary

B&M Retail in Acton is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience. You’ll work with the Store Management Team to prevent loss, manage risk and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.

This full-time role offers flexible daytime, evening and weekend shifts and the chance to be an integral part of the store team, contributing to a safe shopping environment and great customer service.

Join our team in Acton and make a real difference!

In this role, you’ll be trusted with responsibility and play a vital role in safeguarding the store. Working closely with the Store Management Team, you’ll help prevent loss, manage risk and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being an integral part of the store team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents
• Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies
• Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
• Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud
