Kimpton Fitzroy London is seeking a Security Officer to join our Security Team on a 4 on 4 off pattern for days and nights, with an immediate start. Full and Part Time roles are available.

Based in the heart of Bloomsbury near Russell Square, you will help maintain guest safety, lead patrols and respond to incidents with professionalism while upholding Kimpton standards and the Stay Human ethos. You must hold a valid SIA licence and be flexible to work weekends and ad hoc shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid SIA licence.
• Experience in hotel security or large property security.
• Willing to work 4 on 4 off, including weekends and nights.

We are looking for a Security Officer who can commit to working on a 4 on 4 off basis, based on. Candidates must be flexible as will be required to work various shifts including weekends and nights on an ad hoc basis.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2 minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!

As a Security Officer, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.

Our Security Officers are:

• Experienced Hotel Security Officers who gained their experience in a property of a similar size, standard and complexity.
• The holder of a valid SIA License
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team.
• All Security incidents and/or investigations are handled and documented to
• the recommended standards.
• Administrative duties are carried out according to Kimpton standard. This
• includes maintaining accurate logs, audits and SOP’s.
• A proactive presence is maintained by all Officers throughout the Hotel, particularly in public areas; this is when you are the patrolling officer on duty.
