Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensuring safe access to buildings at all times.
• Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting as requested.
• Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
• Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation.
• Access / Egress control.
• Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system.
• Key Holding responsibilities.
• Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks.
• Adhering to policies and procedures at all times.
• General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site.
• Providing a high standard of customer service.
• Being polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos.
• Having a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Door Supervision SIA licence.
• Must be able to drive (must have own transport due to location of site).
• Confident with electronic devices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• High levels of written and verbal communication skills.
• Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858.
• Be comfortable patrolling long distances and being on your feet for extended periods of time.
