Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times.
• Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting as requested.
• Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
• Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation.
• Access / Egress control.
• Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system.
• Key Holding responsibilities.
• Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks.
• Adhering to policies and procedures at all times.
• General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site.
• Providing a high standard of customer service.
• Being polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos.
• Maintaining a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

Essential Skills

• Valid Door Supervision SIA licence.
• Must be able to drive (own transport required due to location).

• Must pass a 5-year comprehensive background check (BS7858).
• Comfortable patrolling long distances and standing for extended periods.
