Serco is recruiting a Security Officer for the Healthcare team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in Norwich. You’ll be a visible presence across hospital sites, protecting people, property and services while responding to incidents with professionalism, care and confidence.
The role includes routine patrols, monitoring CCTV and control room systems, incident reporting, and serving as an ambassador for Serco and the NHS. A valid SIA licence and First Aid qualification are required.

Salary: £27,649 per annum plus enhancements and excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 4 on and 4 off

For this position, BS7858 screening will be undertaken. This is a security vetting process for individuals in roles of trust, including criminal record checks, employment history, and financial checks, in line with security industry standards. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can provide any necessary support to help you carry out your responsibilities.
