Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, Medirest healthcare security team, is hiring a Security Officer on a full-time basis (37.5 hours/week) to safeguard patients, staff and facilities. You will engage with the public, maintain safety, and represent the brand with professionalism across NHS Trusts and hospitals.

Ideal candidates hold a current SIA license or eligibility, demonstrate strong communication skills, and deliver exceptional customer service while working as part of a dedicated team in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Hold a valid SIA license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Strong communicator with proven customer-service experience.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure.

We're currently recruiting a motivated Security Officer to help us ensure continual safety for Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Security Officer, you will use your skills to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and buildings whilst providing excellent customer service.
