Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Security Mobile Team Leader to cover Nottinghamshire, Grantham, Boston and Newark. The role pays £15.94 per hour for a 42-hour week and includes weekend work.

You will train and develop security officers, support the Operations Manager to meet SLAs and KPIs, deputise during absences, and promote Mitie’s security and safety standards. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and a valid SIA guarding licence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security teams.
• Ability to deliver training and coaching to mixed teams.
• Willingness to travel across locations and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop security officers to meet standards.
• Support the Operations Manager in performance and KPI delivery.
• Deputise during absences and ensure continuity of leadership.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs across the contract.
• Promote Mitie brand and maintain high security standards.
• Report crime, incidents and training needs, coordinating with store management.
