We are looking for a Security Manager to join the team reporting to the Head of Group Security. This role leads, manages, and provides subject matter expertise for all security-related & Loss Prevention matters within the designated area of responsibility.

What you’ll do

As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the Group Security Strategy. You will proactively and reactively assess, manage, and mitigate all security-related risks, including implementing cost-effective solutions to address security threats, vulnerabilities, and losses using an enterprise security risk management approach. You will own the security investigations lifecycle and follow current best practices.

Some other accountabilities of the role include:

1. Investigating and escalating reported incidents to all key stakeholders as appropriate.
2. Maintaining regular and effective communication with all key stakeholders to provide subject matter input to all areas of physical security.
3. Driving the continual improvement of enterprise security risk management within the designated area of responsibility.

Have you led a security, loss prevention, profit protection, or similar team within a multi-site organization?

Do you have experience working collaboratively within an organization, across departmental boundaries, and with external agencies?

Can you demonstrate a positive approach to leading change?

Do you have experience in coaching, mentoring, development, and training, fostering a learning environment?

Are you able to communicate and influence at all levels?

Do you possess effective report writing and presentation skills?
