Health & Safety Manager (Process Safety)

Location: Remote Based - Site Travel Across Scotland

Salary: £65,000-£75,000 + 15% Bonus + Vehicle + Development + Death in Service + Enhanced Pension + Further Benefits

Are you a Health and Safety Manager with experience in the process engineering sector looking to join a growing company that invests in your development? Do you have knowledge of COMAH regulations and wish to advance your career in the oil & gas sector with a company offering long-term job security?

This company is one of the UK's leading distributors of oil for households and businesses, with nearly 100 depots across the UK. They are currently expanding and seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee process safety and ensure compliance with regulations, actively contributing to policy setting and safety procedures.

This role is remote with site travel across Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a background in Health and Safety within process and hazardous industries such as oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, etc., with knowledge of COMAH regulations, management experience, a full driving license, and be based in Scotland with flexibility to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of process safety
2. Ensure site work complies with regulations
3. Participate in policy development and procedure writing
4. Travel across Scotland for site visits
