Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and commission electronic fire and security systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Provide reliable, quality support to customers.
• Maintain a professional telephone and face-to-face manner.
• Assist customers and regional teams with technical issues.
• Be flexible with working hours when required.
• Train and support other team members.
• Operate in line with company vision, mission, and values.
