Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Security & Incident Manager to join our Operations team!
The Security & Incident Manager plays a key role in overseeing the Resort’s safety operations, emergency preparedness, and response strategies, creating and maintaining a safe environment for our guests and employees.
Collaborating with the Health & Safety team they will ensure compliance of all relevant legislation, internal policies and operational standards, ensuring we are fostering a culture of safety and readiness.
This position will develop and implement detailed plans to handle emergencies effectively whilst identifying risks and implementing solutions.
The role requires focused leadership as it involves managing multi-disciplinary teams responsible for 24-hour site security, incident management, evacuations, first aid, and crisis response.
As part of the role, you will be expected to work evening, weekends, and bank holidays on rotation to meet demands and requirements of the business which operates 7 days a week. There may also be times you are required to work or be on call overnight.
