Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Operational Governance Lead to own the operational governance framework for information security. You will manage policies, controls and assurance activities, working closely with engineering, risk and compliance teams to ensure security requirements are implemented in delivery workflows.

The role focuses on cloud security standards, evidence collection for audits, and maintaining a clear, auditable control registry in a fast‑moving, cloud‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Information Security GRC within a technology‑led or cloud‑first organisation.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) applied to modern engineering environments.
• Ability to coordinate across audit and risk management functions with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operationalise governance documentation, standards, and control models.
• Run governance forums and track decisions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate evidence gathering and control validation across audit cycles.
• Draft and refine security standards for cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines, embedding into delivery workflows.
• Track remediation plans and escalate risks to maintain Defence in Three Lines.
• Build KPI/KRI dashboards to provide visibility of control health and compliance posture.
