Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an experienced Operational Governance Lead to own the day-to-day governance of security controls across engineering and product teams. You will operationalise governance policies, coordinate evidence gathering, and drive remediation within the three lines of defence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Information Security GRC within cloud-first environments.
• Familiar with NIST CSF and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate across the Three Lines of Defence and translate audits into actions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operationalise governance documentation and control models.
• Coordinate evidence gathering and validation across audit cycles.
• Draft and refine security standards for cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Track remediation plans and escalate risks when needed.
