Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Operational Governance Lead to own the operational delivery of the governance framework within the InfoSec function, ensuring policies, controls and risk evidence are managed effectively in a cloud‑first environment. You will coordinate across L1‑L3, run governance forums, and drive KPI/KRI dashboards to provide clear visibility of control health and compliance posture.

London‑based, with on‑site presence three days a week; the role demands strong

Qualifications

• Solid hands‑on experience in Information Security GRC within a technology‑led or cloud‑first organisation.
• Working knowledge of security control frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and their application to cloud infrastructure, microservices, and DevOps.
• Proven ability to coordinate across the Three Lines of Defence translating audit and compliance requirements into clear, actionable tasks for engineering teams.
• Clear communicator who can explain governance requirements to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Organised and delivery‑focused, with the ability to manage multiple governance workstreams and drive remediation to closure.
• Data‑driven approach to compliance tracking, building dashboards and surfacing information for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operationalise governance documentation, standards, and control models aligned to risk appetite and frameworks.
• Run governance forums and working groups, document decisions, track progress, and communicate to stakeholders.
• Coordinate evidence gathering and control validation across L1/L2 and audit cycles.
• Draft and refine technical security standards for cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and third‑party integrations with Engineering Leads.
• Track exceptions and remediation plans, escalate risks, and maintain the control registry.
• Build and maintain KPI/KRI dashboards to provide visibility of control health and compliance posture.
