Think FE Ltd is seeking a reliable Security / Caretaker in Chesterfield. The role covers monitoring CCTV, maintaining fire-safety systems and supporting on-site events. You will respond to incidents, handle call-outs, and work within a college environment.

The position offers a basic salary with significant overtime potential, a flex pension option, and a dynamic mix of security, caretaker, and event-support tasks. Driving is required for call-outs.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a security role (e.g. stewarding, door supervision) preferred.
• Experience with CCTV monitoring and fire-alarm systems is desirable; training is available.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV in the control-room and respond to incidents swiftly.
• Carry out planned maintenance on fire alarms and fire-safety systems.
• Set up and support events on site; manage logistics.
• Attend call-outs at short notice; driving required.
