Job summary

Vertas is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our Facilities Team in Chesterfield, Derbyshire (S43). This role is 15 hours per week across Monday to Friday with split shifts from 07:00-08:00 and 15:30-17:30, offering some flexibility for afternoons.

You will oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and basic building upkeep, ensuring a safe, well-presented environment. The successful candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be a team player, and capable of working

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking, maintenance, or trades is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to changing needs.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
