Job summary

Tesco Technology is seeking a Security Engineering Manager – Workplace Technology to lead a team of security engineers securing workplace tech platforms such as Microsoft 365, DLP, email security and AD. You will align security work with Tesco’s strategy, balance day-to-day operations with long-term improvements, and drive an engineering culture focused on outcomes.

You will mentor a diverse team, communicate risk to senior stakeholders, and embed a product-minded approach to security changes

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of technical teams
• Deep knowledge of enterprise workplace technologies
• Ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps
• Clear communication of cyber risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience enabling change with minimal service disruption
• Foundational understanding of AI in cyber security
• Experience hiring and building technical teams
• Commitment to inclusive, cross-domain collaboration
