Attio, a UK-based AI-native CRM, seeks a Security Engineering Lead to build and head Product Security. You will secure a multi-tenant SaaS platform and sensitive customer data while partnering with Engineering Leadership to bake security in from the design stage.

Qualifications

• Full understanding of the Application Security landscape in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
• Experience hiring and managing a team of Security Engineers.
• Experience with security certification and re-certification programs.
• Background in software engineering or systems administration.
• First-class incident response skills across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Attio's Product Security function.
• Secure Attio's large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform and customer data.
• Work with Engineering Leadership to ensure security by design.
• Understand and mitigate AI-driven product feature risks and AI-assisted development.
• Lead production security incident response; create remediation plans and drive to resolution.
• Recruit and retain a world-class Security Engineers and SecOps team.
