Job summary

SECUREX Security & Fire is seeking an experienced Engineer to join our growing team. You will install, maintain and repair a range of security and fire alarm systems, including CCTV, intruder, access control and video intercom systems.

The role involves fault-finding, servicing and routine preventative maintenance to NSI standards. You will need to work independently or with the team, have strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, servicing and maintaining security and fire alarm systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant industry qualifications and experience.
• Knowledge of current industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, servicing and fault-finding across a range of security and fire safety systems to NSI standards.
• Cover CCTV, intruder and fire alarm systems, access control and related equipment.
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
• Respond to site surveys and identify installation opportunities.
• Provide high-quality service and customer support.

SECUREX Security & Fire is looking for an experienced and motivated Engineer to join our growing team.

We specialise in the installation, maintenance, servicing and repair of security and fire alarm systems, providing reliable solutions to our commercial and residential customers.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing and fault-finding across a range of security and fire safety systems, to NSI standards including:

• CCTV systems
• Intruder alarm systems
• Fire alarm systems
• Access control and door entry systems
• Door Entry systems
• Video intercom systems
• IP security systems and associated networking
• Emergency call-outs, fault-finding and repairs
• Routine preventative maintenance and system upgrades

What We're Looking For

• Experience installing, servicing and maintaining security and fire alarm systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
