Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Security Detection & Response Engineer to join our London-area team. You’ll be on the front lines of security operations, building and maintaining detection and incident response capabilities.

You’ll have an automation mindset, scaling security efforts with frontier AI models and driving best practices as we grow. You will work across SIEM and cloud security monitoring, tune detection rules, and collaborate with engineering and security teams to reduce manual work and

Qualifications

• Proven incident response and security operations experience.
• Experience developing and tuning detection rules and alerts.
• Hands-on with SIEM infrastructure and data onboarding.
• Experience with cloud security monitoring in Google Cloud (GCP) and SCC.
• Scripting skills for automation (Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead detection engineering and incident response efforts.
• Develop, tune, and maintain security detections and alerts.
• Operate SIEM and security monitoring across platforms.
