Job summary

Howden is a global insurance group with employee ownership at its heart. Howden is recruiting a Security & Counterparty Administrator to support onboarding and ongoing management of clients, insurers and other counterparties.

You’ll ensure accurate and compliant account setup in broking systems, assist internal teams with queries and maintain data integrity while working with senior colleagues on priorities and projects.

Qualifications

• Understanding of insurance industry and regulatory environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding process for clients, insurers, and counterparties.
• Maintain accurate counterparty account records in broking systems.
• Respond to internal queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Liaise between business units and the Security & Counterparty team.
• Track metrics and update reports to measure process effectiveness.
• Assist with onboarding documents and questionnaires.
• Monitor counterparty data and flag changes to senior staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal updates.
• Contribute to team projects and management information.
