Job summary

Securitas UK is hiring a Business Security Compliance Officer to help protect people, property and information across our site in Wimborne Minster. From day one, you'll access development opportunities, mentorship and a range of benefits.

In this role you'll ensure security delivery aligns with company policies and National Security standards, manage records, support investigations, and work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain robust security frameworks.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence is required and current.
• British National due to site security requirements.
• Eligible for and able to maintain DISA compliance.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work and address history.
• Must have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of site security service support in line with company and government guidance.
• Communicate security requirements clearly with all personnel.
• Plan and prioritise workload to meet operational and business requirements.
• Gather and report security-related data to support informed decision-making.
• Maintain knowledge of current company and government security guidance.
• Manage security records and databases accurately and confidentially.
• Support security investigations and related activities.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle general site enquiries and complaints professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Support awareness, education, and training activities related to security.
• Demonstrate integrity, vigilance, and professionalism whilst identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the Deputy Security Manager or Site Security Manager.
