Job summary

SmartSourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to drive organisational change and continuous improvement for a government delivery programme. The role covers senior leadership across complex programmes, ensuring delivery targets for time, cost, quality and performance are met, in a security-cleared environment.

The candidate will lead a team of project professionals, leveraging PRINCE2, MSP and Agile methodologies to deliver large-scale outcomes in the UK and abroad.

Qualifications

Significant change management experience in global, complex delivery environments.
Proven track record leading large-scale projects in the UK and overseas.
Strong financial management and commercial acumen.
Excellent governance, risk, and compliance knowledge.
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
Expertise in PRINCE2, MSP and Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities
