Qualifications

• Former or transitioning military with strong technical/engineering background.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Support sales teams in customer meetings and proposals.
• Knowledge of cyber security, networks, IT technologies and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business, operational and technical requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations and workshops.
• Support the sales team during customer meetings and strategic opportunities.
• Design high-level technical solutions and architectures.
• Support Proof of Concepts and technical trials.
• Contribute to RFI and RFP responses and technical proposals.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to develop appropriate solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with end users, major contractors and key industry stakeholders.
• Provide market and competitor intelligence back into the business.
• Support the transition from winning an opportunity through to implementation.
