• Significant experience in an engineering discipline with product lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio engineering activities across the Complex Weapons Portfolio.
• Address technical risk and obsolescence; ensure engineering commonality.
• Balance hands-on technical work with broader business delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align programme plans and dependencies.
• Communicate risks and issues between Functions, Equipment Teams, and MoD.
