Job summary

Experis is seeking a Scrum Master in London for a 3-month+ contract to enable delivery excellence. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and removing blockers to sustain velocity and quality.

You will support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and promote self-organisation across a cross-functional team, ensuring transparency through Jira dashboards and agile metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach the team in Agile practices and ensure consistent adoption across the project
• Remove blockers and impediments impacting delivery and sprint goals
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement activities
• Promote self-organisation and empower the team to take ownership of delivery
• Monitor and report on sprint progress (velocity, burndown, reports)
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional team members and stakeholders
• Resolve conflicts and protect the team from external disruptions
• Maintain transparency of work using Agile tools (Jira dashboards/reports)
• Drive continuous improvement by turning retrospective learnings into actionable changes
