Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in London is seeking an experienced SC Scrum Master for a 3 months+ umbrella contract. You will lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, remove blockers, and collaborate with Product Owner to refine backlogs.

The role requires existing Security Clearance (SC) or willingness to obtain it; strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and a servant-leadership approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
• Coaching teams to improve performance.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and ADO Board.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Servant leadership mindset in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the team in Agile practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the project.
• Remove blockers and impediments impacting delivery and sprint goals.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement activities.
• Promote self-organisation and empower the team to take ownership of delivery.
• Monitor and report on sprint progress (including velocity, burndown, delivery metrics, and sprint reports).
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and protect the team from external disruptions.
• Maintain transparency of work using Agile tools (e.g. Jira dashboards/reports).
• Drive continuous improvement by turning retrospective learnings into actionable changes.
