Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams in driving successful project outcomes in the United Kingdom. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote Agile best practices while ensuring collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, strong facilitation skills, and expertise with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to remove blockers and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
