G MASS Consulting in London is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to oversee delivery across three teams, coordinating stakeholder communications and release activity to keep a varied portfolio moving at pace.

The role operates on a Kanban-based model with just-in-time prioritisation, requiring facilitation of Agile ceremonies and strong coordination across IT, finance, and data teams. Immediate start on a 6-month contract is offered.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable Scrum Master or delivery coordination experience in a multi-team, cross-functional environment.
• Strong portfolio management capability — comfortable holding a wide view across concurrent workstreams of varying size and complexity.
• Hands-on experience with Kanban-based delivery and tooling, specifically Azure DevOps.
• Confident facilitating Agile ceremonies and working group sessions with mixed stakeholder audiences.
• Detail-focused with excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• London market or broader financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Co-facilitate a weekly CI working group, ensuring backlog items are ready for review and assessed by the internal team.
• Maintain and update backlog items following analysis, keeping records current and accurate.
• Facilitate internal Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and the weekly CI backlog review.
• Collaborate with the CI working group to manage and prioritise the backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with delivery objectives.
• Maintain the Kanban board, Azure DevOps queries, and dashboards across all teams.
• Manage delivery dates and keep commitments on track across internal and external partners.
• Provide weekly reporting via a progress tracking table, roadmap, or delivery plan.
• Work with IT application developers, finance and data BAs, Testers, Release Managers, Infrastructure teams and business users.
• Identify and remove blockers and delivery impediments to keep teams focused on commitments.
• Lead release management activity including CAB representation.
• Manage and enable communications to the CI working group via the IT BSG team.
• Provide governance and control where dependencies cut across functions, especially data and reporting.
