Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in the establishment or transformation of project 'ways of working', integrating P3M disciplines.
• Experience working within the UK Defence sector, including MoD organisations.

Responsibilities

• Assess current challenges and determine client requirements.
• Refine established P3M methodologies and systems to achieve desired project outcomes.
• Lead digital implementation teams to establish client capability.

Skills

Experience in the establishment or transformation of project 'ways of working'

Understanding of Defence acquisition processes
